The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a fairly nice area, near the shops, the village and the lake. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of superb food. Although some of the staff were very rude, I had a great stay.

Our stay was a fantastic experience. Everything was awesome, fantastic service, unbeatable location very close to Lake Windermere and the bars and ferry. Rooms with a hot tub as well as comfy bed. Plenty of options, delicious food.

Nothing beats being in Lakes Hotel & Spa. Loved that the venue was GREAT. The restaurant stuff does a fabulous job. For dinner, we went to Chicory, it was 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue.
